Our heat tunnels are constructed to maintain proper temperature to create the best shrink and control the forced air and heat through the tunnel to shrink evenly and without major distortion to the sleeve. Their heavy gauge stainless steel construction allow the hot air to circulate for optimum results.

Shrink Control:
Featuring an adjustable baffle system and variable wind velocity controls, Tripack Canada heat tunnels are designed to meet demanding shrink applications. This total shrink control gives our tunnels the ability to successfully shrink full body, high graphic labels and complex shrink ratios.
Safety Measures:
Tripack Canada systems are built and designed to protect your operators and facilities from any safety mishap. We pay special attention to our control wiring and integration between each system component. Emergency stop controls, safety shields and fail safe sensors provide a manageable shrink system.
Compact Size:
The streamlined dimensions of our heat tunnels allow them to be used in relatively small work areas and tight footprints. Tunnel frames are built as stand alone components that can be moved between shrink lines.

Built entirely of stainless steel and aluminum alloys, Tripack Canada heat tunnels are extremely resistant to rust, wear and corrosion. In addition, the automatic cool down function prolongs the life of heating elements.
